Support.  When should I call for help?

Whether you are a business I.T. user, or have a problem with your home PC or laptop, the simple answer is as soon as you experience a problem. We offer many PC support options to both business users and individuals.

Should you require our services e.g. Your PC breaks down or you need advice regarding problems with software not working properly, please telephone our technical support hotline first on 0701-7407627 (calls are charged at mobile rates). For other support options feel free to e-mail us with your queries and we can advise a suitable course of action.

Our one-off support covers a wide range of hardware and software where initially, advice can be offered by phone or alternatively on-site. When you require support or repairs, please telephone for an appointment. All support is charged at a single hourly rate, however for urgent support a callout fee may be charged. Any components required to be replaced will be charged at current prices.
